Proscan offer a wide range of document scanning and document archiving services designed to save space and improve accessibility to company records and files. Our fully searchable PDF files and bespoke document management solutions make document retrieval simpler and faster than ever before.

Typically we scan to either PDF or TIFF format with PDF offering the option of full text OCR. We also offer our clients a CD based retrieval system for the more complex projects. Document Scanning
Choosing Proscan for your outsourced scanning requirements couldn't be simpler. We will arrange collection of your documents using our own couriers including supplying and loading the boxes for you if necessary. Once back at our secure premises all client documents that are received by Proscan are immediately identified by applying a unique label to each box. This identifier remains with the documents throughout their lifecycle at Proscan.

We are so confident in our ability to produce the very highest quality images that we offer all potential clients the option of a free sample using their own documents. We strongly recommend that you insist on the same from any other potential suppliers that you may be considering.

We utilise the latest digital scanners at Proscan for the scanning of large format drawings and plans. This means we can achieve optimum results from even the most difficult originals.

Drawings can be indexed individually or inserted into multipage PDF or TIFF files in conjunction with our document scannning service .
 

Microfilm Scanning

Microfilm Scanning
If you are still using an old microfilm archive and would like to have it converted to disk then we have the answer for you. At Proscan we have the capacity to scan large batches of microfilm aperture cards, microfiche and 16/35mm roll films at very competitive rates. These images, once indexed can be imported into a document management system or simply converted to PDF files and archived onto CD/DVD.
